“Art Empowered Individuality”

The Mission:

Create a direct-to-consumer cosmetics brand for the highly fluid youth culture.

The problem: Too many brands that look and sound the same, over saturation and buyer fatigue, no real emotional connection to what they’re using.

The Solution: Give this generation a deeply personal brand experience that goes beyond cosmetics but creates a cult-like obsession and movement in its own right without losing commercial appeal.

Art, fashion, high art that finally lets you be seen and heard for being you.

The mission.

Create a direct-to-consumer sustainability based cosmetics line, that is edgy modern and cool for the Gen Y and Gen Z markets.

WE began by taking the parent company market research data and built our concept from the findings. We wanted to answer the following questions: what was the appetite in the market for an ozonated and organic skin care line? And how can we separate ourselves?

Turns out there was a BIG desire for something more stripped down, emotional and raw but with an element of humor, surprise and inclusivity. High quality materials meet full transparency with storytelling rooted in authenticity, which is at the core of Show Me Face.

What emerged was a line that was thoughtful, approachable and charming. Exploring the concept of beauty beyond skin deep, we didn’t want to come off as a cliché, but a good story can make a cliché original. Where beauty begins is the origin of ours. Moving beyond the boundaries of impossible beauty standards to embrace true individuality while still maintaining the highest level of natural and quality materials.

Building the concept.

Core to our vision is a love of fashion, culture and music, the ROAR brand creates iconic and expressive cosmetics for successful and energetic people and the young at heart. Blending the best materials with our own unique point of view, our products strive to stay ahead of the pack art pop realness in every stroke, swipe and smooch.

ROAR IS EMBRACING, AUTHENTIC, FUNCTIONAL, COMFORTABLE, ROMANTIC AND ENTERTAINING.
EACH STEP MAKES A STATEMENT. 

We are the perfect mix of fashion, queer culture and the future.

What’s emerged is a line that is sensitive, wildly expressive and completely original. Exploring the concept of transcending status quo with quotidian allure, we aim to push boundaries, break rules and empower individuality. Where art begins is the origin of ours. Moving beyond the boundaries of impossible beauty standards to embrace true uniqueness  while still maintaining the highest level of natural and quality materials, don’t just be seen, be heard and celebrated for being YOU.
